Multinacional Franco - Holandesa requiere Sales Executive, preferiblemente con experiencia en aerolíneas o sector turismo.
Purpose of the job:
In accordance with local and Head Offices commercial policies, manages and acquires a portfolio of local and multinational corporate accounts and travel partners, in order to achieve flown revenue and market share targets at optimal margins for the company.
The purpose of the team is to optimize indirect sales. The Sales Executives are responsible for establishing direct contacts with trade and corporate customers.
Key Results Areas
· Leads contract negotiations with their accounts (Trade and Corporate) and creates tailor-made solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and company profit
· Ensures the correct application of the Pricing and Distribution policies
· Ensures solution of clients’ issues and provide feedback to relevant departments.
· Prospects new corporate clients
· Reports key features and actions of each sales call into the Sales Force reporting tool
· Elaborates the annual Sales Action Plan per travel agency/firm segment and implements it
· Participates actively in clients’ events and develops strong working relationships with key interfaces in order to develop company’s awareness and image in the Colombian market
· Analyses his/her accounts’ performance in order to identify client’s needs and to maximize contract negotiations
· Ensures continuation of positive trends, reversal of negative trends, and ways of capturing new potential
· Monitors and reports on competitors activities and market trends
· Suggests adaptations to Pricing, Distribution, Sales Policies when needed to maintain the Group's competitiveness and/or capture new potential business
Job-Requirements: knowledge, learned disciplines, experience
· Strong experience in sales preferably in the airline/travel business, at least 2 years.
· Fluent in Spanish, English, French is a plus.
· Computer literate: Microsoft Office & Internet tools, also Sales Force.
